Yes. Our meal prep plans are the easiest way to bundle and save, choose from Mini Starter, Starter, Grand, or Ultimate plans for multiple ready-to-go meals.

WHAT IS AVOCADO OIL AND WHY DO YOU USE IT?

Avocado oil is a healthier cooking oil made from avocados. It’s rich in good fats and has a high smoke point, making it ideal for cooking without breaking down. We use it to keep our meals clean, flavorful, and better for you.

HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOUR CATERING BUNDLES SERVE?

Our catering bundles are available in 2 size ranges:

• Small Bundles: feeds approximately 8 to 12 people
• Large Bundles: feeds approximately 16 to 24 people

For even larger groups or custom arrangements, our platter options can be tailored to your headcount.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK CATERING?

For catering bundles, we recommend ordering at least 2 hours in advance to allow time for preparation.

 HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER MEAL PREP?

We recommend placing your order at least 2 hours in advance so we can prepare everything fresh.

For larger orders or special requests, more notice is appreciated. You can order online or through the B Nutritious app.

 
 HOW LONG DO MEAL PREP MEALS STAY FRESH?

Your meals will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. We recommend storing them right away after pickup or delivery and enjoying them within that window for the best quality and food safety.

For optimal freshness, seafood items should be consumed earlier

DO I NEED A SUBSCRIPTION TO GET MEAL PREP?

No subscription required. Order a meal plan whenever it works for you, weekly, bi-weekly, or anytime. Your only commitment is to your health.

HOW DO I HEAT UP MY MEALS?

Heat in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the lid and sauce containers, then enjoy.

CAN I BUILD MY OWN MEALS IN THE MEAL PLAN?

Yes. Create your own meal by choosing your protein, carbs, and veggies.
